For nearly 10 years I have been behind the bar, working in a number of spectacular restaurants and cocktail lounges. In that time, I have grown a deep understanding of classic cocktail culture, building cohesive recipes, and providing commendable service to my guests.
Combining my love for community, mountain living, and all things drinks, I started Evergreen Libation Service.
Evergreen is about memorable experiences created through cocktails (and mocktails!) inspired by classic recipes. I work with clients to develop thoughtful, delectable drinks, using ingredients that are fresh, in season, and as local to the Lost Sierra as possible.

Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings — we bring the bar setup, pop-up bar, bartending team, mixers, garnish, disposable cocktail cups, napkins, straws, ice, a menu board, and our signature cocktail experience to your venue. Alcohol (beer, wine, and spirits) is provided by the host.
We work with clients to develop cocktails based on personal tastes and favorite drinks — embracing classic cocktail culture with a twist inspired by you and your special event. We prioritize seasonal, local ingredients that highlight and celebrate the Lost Sierra region.

We’re here for great cocktails and even better memories — and we take safety seriously. The guidelines below help us provide a professional, responsible bar experience.
We do not sell, supply, or bring alcohol. Beer, wine, and spirits must be purchased and provided by the host.
Our private-event service is intended for private property events with a defined guest list in an open-bar setting. We do not operate as a public bar or sell drinks by the glass.
No service to minors. Valid, government-issued photo ID may be required. We do not over-serve and will refuse service to intoxicated guests.
